黑羊

　　廉政公署揭破有史以来最巨规模之黑金选举行贿贪污丑行案件，轰动整个东南亚，廉署再捷一功，新界某乡事执委员会主席何权，获悉特区政府准建设西铁发展计划事宜，确定沿线发展区域一带，大量拨地兴建丁屋，串谋某干乡事执委周甘铨、罗伟雄、梁召权、赵振明等人，进行非法行贿认定原居民，以厚利报酬而换取支持投票当选为主席，以便日后进身立法机关执法，好待以主席身份代表乡民向特区政府商议土地收购索偿。廉署高层干部接获此案，据案情涉及西铁发展计划，牵涉人仕甚广，随即成立项目小组调查此案，并设立代号为“西域黑金”行动。

　　故事聚焦一位有前科者，他被克里斯平·格洛弗扮演的变态杀手所追踪。
