2009年10月6日発売「『今日の5の2』宝箱」に封入のOAD。テレビアニメ版のキャスト・スタッフが再結集して製作された『今日の5の2 放課後』全4話を収録したほか、『みなみけ』とのコラボレーションしたボイスドラマが同梱されている。
