《泡芙小姐》以每集一个独立且彼此关联的小故事的形式，讲述了繁华都市里时尚男女的情感生活。泡芙小姐，是一名时尚性感的独居白领。她有自己的小小朋友圈——清纯女孩小若、妖娆美女十三妖和潮男超级玛丽。四个人有着不同的处世态度，对爱情也有着不同的理念。 有一天，泡芙小姐遇见一名爱摄影的法国小伙子。他每到一个城市，都会拍人的生活，一个人遇见另一个人，有了故事他就会拍另一个人，一个接一个拍下去。他认为人的相遇是城市里最浪漫的风景。而遇见泡芙小姐后，他发现孤独的泡芙小姐极少与人接触，他觉得自己的法式浪漫延续不下去了。泡芙小姐却对他说，自己不是遇见了他吗…… 本动画是优酷及北京互象动画有限公司共同出品的系列都市情感剧，采用了场景实拍和三维立体动画人物相结合的制作手法。
