《画江湖之不良人》第一季是围绕唐代从事侦缉捕盗职务的官差“不良人”这个组织所隐匿起来的龙泉宝藏而展开。黄巢起义、朱温篡位、李氏族诛、友珪弑父等著名的历史事件也贯穿其中。第二季将继续带来潞州之战，凤翔之战等五代十国时期的经典战役，更有后唐庄宗李存勖、铁枪王彦章等著名历史人物陆续登场。
