 该剧是根据斯坦·李的漫画故事构思创作的韩式英雄剧。讲述世界末日论得势的99年，因为意外事件得到超能力的小区傻瓜们与威胁海城市的坏蛋对抗，发生的超能力搞笑动作冒险剧。
