本剧讲述超级飞侠与超级宠物们继续乘着迷你基地前往世界各地旅行，在旅行过程中邂逅世界各地的小朋友，并帮助小朋友们解决种种困难和问题的故事。如在山东潍坊，他们帮助小宝成功放飞了巨型章鱼风筝；在菲律宾，他们通过特制音响和扩音设备，帮助一个叫利娅的女孩达成了和鱼儿交朋友、一起唱歌的愿望。尽管遇到不少困难，但超级飞侠和超级宠物们每次都会用炫酷的装备和丰富想象力的办法，圆满地解决问题。
When Star Butterfly destroys her wand to save her best friend Marco Diaz, a new unicorn takes place of the dead one. Now Star only has half of the star on her wand and it has been cleaved.
