 ABC续订《劣探德克尔》第二季。

　　22年前的朱莎娇（薛家燕 饰）是澳门某夜总会的台柱，与港大学生祝展辉相遇后发生了一段情不久便怀孕了，无奈展辉要远赴纽约进修，朱莎娇诞下了女儿祝君好（佘诗曼 饰），此后独自抚养。娇的金兰姐妹文贵芳因不堪男友的抛弃的打击，逼儿子文初（张智霖 饰）喝下了腐蚀性液体，幸好及时发 现才救回了文初的生命，但文初从此变成了哑巴，娇可怜文初，便收养了他。
　　20年后，君好与文初都长大成人了，以兄妹相称之余两人都十分孝顺娇。金胜（唐文龙 饰）是文初的好朋友，胜对文初也十分照顾，每当文受欺负他都挺身而出。君好终于在这时见到了亲生父亲展辉，认识了展辉的爱徒司徒礼信（马浚伟 饰）。
　　礼信非常关心文初是否能医治声带，想尽办法帮忙寻找医生。文初再次遇到了生母，但是在母子相认之后，生母却选择了给文初假地址再次离开。这时，文初与礼信都发现了自己爱上了君好，文初希望君好得到幸福而主动退出了三角关系。文初得到了礼信介绍医生的治疗下能恢复说话的能力后继续与娇生活。而娇为了君好的前程，故意一反常态，希望君好能离开自己……

　　近来城内连续发生命案，包拯（金超群 饰）侦探得知乃杀手之间为掠夺赏金火并所为，而最终目的是刑部要案证人齐英（崔波 饰）。齐英色艺双绝，被江南路都使郑宁（刘韬 饰）奸污，其家人不甘受辱联名上书刑部，被罢官的郑宁百般抵赖其龌龊行径，其胞姐郑太妃（佘南南 饰）闻讯急赴开封阻止包拯行刑。因诏书已下达，仁宗（王皓 饰）为整治纲纪毅然下旨令郑宁命丧虎头铡下。包拯得知端州砚民疾苦，亲赴端州寻访，得知广南安抚使周卫为独吞名贵血砚，竟对砚山村村民展开灭绝人性的屠杀，并将包拯从开封府带来的一干人马也列入了屠杀范围。关健时刻，展昭（何家劲 饰）欲先保包拯逃离端州，但包拯不忍众生灵惨遭涂炭，他率开封府众人与砚山村民对欲行大逆的周卫进行了包抄……

Also striving for balance is Chief of Surgery, Richard Webber, who has reunited with his estranged wife, Adele.
　　The doctors of Seattle Grace Hospital deal with life-or-death consequences on a daily basis - it's in one another that they find comfort, friendship and love. Together they're discovering that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white. Real life only comes in shades of grey.
