　　女主角是患有“被迫失眠症”的公主，由于常年熬夜身体不好，昼伏夜出的她只能靠着市面上的言情小说打发后宫的寂寥时光；男主角是战场上九死一生的命硬将军，看似腹黑阴冷，实则重情重义。

　　徐永邦（郑少秋 饰）痛恨富豪父亲叶胜（关海山 饰）当年抛妻弃子。自小被养父徐坚（鲍方 饰）培养，后来加入了警队，而徐坚的亲生儿子嘉立（罗嘉良 饰）也成为了警察，不久更晋升为高级督察。

　　《天国餐馆》改编自佐佐木伦子的同名喜剧漫画《Heaven》，以一家名为“Loin dlci”的法式餐厅为舞台，讲述了怪人老板和几个被她摆弄的、个性十足的服务员之间的喜剧故事。“Loin dlci”餐厅又名世界的尽头，店如其名，它距离车站、闹市、住宅都很远，而这家餐厅之所以叫“天国餐馆”，是因为它位于坟墓的风景区，旁边就是殡葬社。
