　　展大鹏（林永健饰）曾是一名战地记者，经历过炮弹和生死的洗礼，如今他在电视台从事制片人的职位，而他的妻子方欣然（童蕾饰）同时也是他并肩战斗的同事。两人因为生活理念和三观不合，婚姻走到了尽头，与此同时，展大鹏的事业也遭遇滑铁卢，在他人生最落魄的时候，畅歌（蒋欣饰）不离不弃的陪伴在展大鹏的身边，鼓励和安慰着他，畅歌明白展大鹏的实力和才华，相信他终有一天会再次崭露头角。
　　从事战地记者期间，展大鹏的脑中被摄入了一枚弹片，这枚弹片如今时时刻刻都在威胁着他的生命。然而，展大鹏拒绝了生存率极低的手术，转而开始支持自己的儿子完成他的梦想。
