　　A war criminal in hiding forms a relationship with his only connection to the outside world - his maid.

　　交往10年之久的女友桐子（铃木京香 饰）举枪自杀，令广告导演合田（冢本晋也 饰）的世界发生巨大的震动。他偏执地认为女友死亡的秘密和手枪有关，于是固执地寻找其中缘由。某日，酩酊大醉的合田偶然遇见满身伤痕的不良少女千里（真野きりな 饰），但随后他便被千里的同伴后藤（村瀬貴洋 饰）等人打倒在地。
　　为了复仇，合田四处寻找枪支。适逢后藤团伙与另一不良少年组织龃龉，固执的合田也带着手枪卷入其中……

　　秀才宋世杰乃著名状师，但因数年来妻子红英年头产子，年尾夭折，人说皆因杰任状师，颠倒事非，以致折损阴德，故红英力劝杰封笔，二人开设悦来客栈作生计，从此不理公堂事。一日，杰与妻泛舟湖上，救了自杀少妇杨秀珍，珍称夫姚二被嫂姚田氏毒害，自己则险被嫁祸而逃了出来，但又无依无靠，致寻死路。英未嫁时乃绿林英雌，至今仍是义气女子，决定为珍申冤，设计游说杰重操旧业。
