　　乡村爱情系列讲述了象牙山村民关于爱情、婚姻、生活与事业的大小事情，陪伴了许多观众走过了十余年，人气却依旧不减，除了其风格幽默诙谐又不乏生活智慧外，也是因为该系列的故事真实触动人心，能让全家人围坐在一起，欢声笑语追剧聊天，是承包了老中青三代人茶余饭后闲暇时光的合家欢作品，《乡村爱情12》也是如此。

　　《棋士》主要探讨了世纪初剧烈社会变革下⼈的状态和选择。以世纪初的南方城市为背景，讲述了一个普通的围棋老师崔业（王宝强 饰）因一场意外卷入罪案，逐步走向犯罪，被身为警察的哥哥崔伟（陈明昊 饰）穷追不舍，兄弟二人黑白殊途的故事。
