《叽歪老表2》讲述了瓢虫表哥大叽和潮虫表弟小歪之间惊险刺激又温情搞笑的日常故事。他们在游乐园外的草地生活，结识了呆头呆脑的飞蛾、整天形影不离的双胞胎蜗牛、总是带来美味蜂蜜的蜜蜂、成群结队的劳模蚂蚁、老眼昏花的蝗虫老太等等形形色色的邻居们。在微小的草丛世界里，大叽小歪两只“虫兄虫弟”可谓生命不息，折腾不止，不断和朋友邻居们碰撞出一幕幕诙谐搞笑、耐人寻味的故事。
