東京郊外にある街。 その街の小高い丘の上に、小さな公園があった。 そこでいつも一緒に遊んでいた小さい頃からの仲良し６人組。 しかし４年生の時に、それぞれが転校する事になってしまった。 ６人は転校前に「タイムカプセルを埋める約束」をするものの、 結局その約束を叶える事が出来ないまま離ればなれになってしまう。 そして４年後、成長してそれぞれの日常を送っていた。 それぞれに悩みや不安を抱えて、日々を過ごしていたある日 そんな彼女等にある奇跡が起こる・・・・・
