　　讲述了周筱风（赵又廷 饰）、方筱然（毛晓彤 饰）和林逸（金世佳 饰）三位心脏科医生机缘巧合下，在东立医院心脏中心相遇。三人因专业背景、职业理念不同而产生摩擦碰撞，随后在治病救人的过程中逐渐磨合达成默契，最终在生命战场并肩作战的故事。
