　　唯有爱和美食不可辜负，看江湖小哥怎样玩转御前终成一代名厨！

　　对当下的生活倍感无聊和失望的高中生高畑瞬（福士苍汰 饰），从没想到人生会发生如此可怕的巨变。课堂上老师的脑袋突然爆开，紧接着会说话的达摩不倒翁出现在讲桌上，逼迫着惊慌失措的学生们玩起了“一二三不许动”。经过数轮血腥较量，瞬成为班内唯一的幸存者，他跌跌撞撞逃出教室，遇到了也从死亡线上暂时逃脱的青梅竹马秋元依智香（山崎紘菜 饰）。两人在寻找出路时撞进了体育馆，谁知这里正是下一轮游戏的舞台。未过多久，巨大的招财猫（前田敦子 配音）出现，和幸存者们玩起了抓老鼠的死亡游戏。考量体力、智力和想象力的关卡连番到来，瞬、依智香还有周身散发着死神气息的天谷武（神木隆之介 饰）迎接着命运的巨变……

　　剧情描述年轻憨直的干探阿隆因多次犯错而遭暂时停职，在酒吧解闷时认识了瑄，二人交谈甚欢而成好友。不料突有数名枪手出现追杀瑄，他拼死逃出生天后坦承自己是黑帮老大，并把女友英交托给隆代为照顾七天。在这一周内，隆与英由冤家变成情侣，但此时瑄回来了，隆在情义与爱情之间如何取舍呢？
