　　有人说天下无贼，本片通过巴喇特的经历告诫人们，说这话的人要么幼稚，要么是骗子，因为在当今世界上它是不真实的。
　　巴喇特是一个普通的银行出纳员，一个平凡、正直和无辜的人，业余爱好是演出戏剧，他的人生愿望简单地就是从扮演猴神罕努曼升级为扮演拉姆神。巴喇特的妻子是一名小学教师，期望他有更好的职业生涯而不只是舞台上的成绩，但她易猜忌，怀疑巴喇特与年轻漂亮的阿米嗒关系亲密。平凡的人过着平凡的生活，但一件看似偶然的事打破了巴喇特一家的平凡生活。
　　巴喇特的麻烦看起来开始于一个警方披露他家风扇被盗的案子，经过很大的一番周折后，他发现自己家的风扇并没有被盗，而实际被盗的却是他们全家的生活和命运，风扇只是这一大出戏中的一个小道具而已。在这个过程中，影片向人们展现“贼”并不等同于小偷，在生活中他们更隐秘更让人难以注意到，但其实到处都是。
　　抛开具体形式和情节，巴喇特的经历是否可以发生在任何人身上，或者正在发生在每个人身上？有人或许有理由或许只是凭感觉地认为自己没有受害，但本片的警示应该让人们从贼的完全定义上去重新思考答案。

　　In a Southern province in Thailand, a young boy lives with his uncle and a monkey called Kapi. When the uncle dies, the boy is threatened by a real estate tycoon who wants to buy their land and turn it into a resort. The boy has to train Kapi to enter a coconut-picking competition, with their land at stake.

十年前，编剧张文斌的妻子美琴因贪图享乐和赌博而抛夫弃子，张文斌与其离婚。十年后，已成影视新秀的儿子张子涵为父亲鸣不平，踏上了一条万分纠结的“寻找母爱”和“复仇”之路。善与恶何去何从，爱与恨情何以堪，因与果相辅相成，是与非谁来澄清。

　　阿里山測候站職員何志平（金石飾）平日專心於自己的研究工作，因而忽略了他的妻子君麗（穆虹飾），孤獨的君麗精神十分不穩定，經常依賴酒精來麻醉自己。志平的弟弟志雄（歐威飾）不學無術，安排流氓高大豪（唐菁飾）前往測候站躲避警方的追查。
　　逃亡途中，大豪遇到離家出走的小姍（羅宛琳飾 ），二人偽裝成父女前往阿里山。大豪在山上結識了少女阿紅（唐寶雲飾），阿紅的天真讓大豪感到愧疚，欲帶小姍離開。此時君麗卻意亂情迷，竟在颱風夜裡衝入大豪房內，欲與其一起逃離。
　　無奈風雨過大，又逢警方把守，三人只好折返測候站，小姍也因此感染肺炎。在良心的譴責與志平的勸服後，大豪終於決定將小姍送醫，並前往警局自首，而志平與君麗也重修舊好。

　　巴里（尼可·斯彻金格 Nicole Scherzinger 饰）是校园里的风云人物，外号“皇后”，个性奔放热情又美丽的她身后追随者一大堆，可巴里根本不将这些傻男孩放在眼中。一天，巴里驾驶着母亲的车出去兜风，哪知道遇到了车祸，就在巴黎一筹莫展之际，学校里的怪胎男孩摩根（Gay Thomas Wilson 饰）出现在了巴里的面前，成为了她的救世主。
　　摩根虽然个性古怪，在学校里没什么朋友，但是聪明伶俐的他拥有一手出色的修车技术，可以救巴里于水火之中。于是，摩根和巴里达成了一个交易，他帮助巴里修车，而巴里则要在学校里假扮自己的女朋友，给自己“涨涨脸面”。
