尹深是超人气阳光少年组合FLY的舞蹈担当，因其不按套路出牌的性格，常常在招黑同时却又能不经意触到大众的High点和笑点。相比较每每招黑过后，山一般碾压的舆论，以及常常对FLY团造成负面影响的尹深，FLY团容貌秀美的主唱和创作担当梵允诺和FLY团沉稳冷静的团长和全能担当流莲在团里显得异常“普通”而又可靠。但如日中天的FLY团也有自己的忧愁，像是成团许久没有自己的代表作，允诺一直想出自己的个人专辑，流莲拼命努力想要在演艺圈占有自己的一席之地等等。就在所有团员都有着自己发展打算的时候，势不可挡的BH团与新晋团体4s团开始活跃在大众视野中，眼看FLY团的顶级地位即将被威胁，三人会如何化解眼下的人气危机呢？
