　　"Wild in the Streets" comes from the same school of film making that spawned other attempts to connect to the counterculture such as "Skidoo" and "Candy". The difference between this and the aforementioned films is that "Wild in the Streets" is reasonably clever and well-made. It isn't sympathetic to the counterculture and will likely offend those with fond memories of the time. Surprisingly, it was a big hit when released and appealed to the youth whom it ridiculed so much. Unlike "The Trip" and "Psych-Out" (two other AIP films), its not an accurate representation of the movement at all. However it does work as social satire.
　　The direction by Barry Shear is good and makes innovative use of split screen photography. Plus, he keeps everything moving at a quick pace. In its funny moments, the film works well. In its attempts at drama, its helplessly dated and just as funny as the humorous moments. Christopher Jones underplays his role and Shelly Winters overacts. Hal Holbrook offers the best performance and Diane Varsi achieves the right note of "grooviness". The script by Robert Thom has its moments, especially the ending (easily the most ingenious part of the film). "Wild in the Streets" isn't perfect, but deserves recognition as an interesting misunderstanding of the hallucination generation. Those into this kind of kitsch will enjoy it the most. I'd rather watch "The Trip" or "Psych-Out" however. (6/10)

　　许氏三兄弟主演，许冠文编剧的本片，剧情简单，许冠文是娱乐周刊的社长，为了挽救将倒闭的杂志社，费尽心思发掘消息。影片中许依旧是刻薄的老板，许冠杰仍是身手不凡的醒目仔，许冠英依然傻得惹人可怜。本片始终对时代有一定的触觉，明星绯闻，美容隆胸，卡拉OK这些新兴事物为影片制造了不少乐趣。陈欣健执导手法与许氏相近，同样以演员的表演作主导，并以此为剧情的重心。影片虽然能触及社会问题，但深度不够，未能自我突破。

　　《十日谈》是包揽戛纳金棕榈奖、威尼斯金狮奖、柏林金熊奖的意大利国宝级导演——塔维亚尼兄弟（Paolo Taviani, Vittorio Taviani）继《凯撒必须死》之后的最新力作。影片利用新颖的电影创作手法重新演绎了世界文学名著《十日谈》，使电影故事充满了超现实主义的诗意。塔维亚尼兄弟恰到好处地掘取了《十日谈》故事中的精华并予以独具匠心的雕琢，保留了人文主义思想的核心，赞美爱情是才华和高尚情操的源泉，将影片主旨设定在“爱情与生命之美”，并用沉静、自然与美丽的故事核心，探讨并化解当代青年人的面对生存艰难时的恐惧。
　　影片在场景及角色上也进行了深思熟虑的设计，使文学元素充分融入到画面及观影氛围中。来自曾凭《凯撒必须死》摘下柏林金熊奖的团队摄影师为影片带来了简明的影像风格，使之拥有紧凑、严谨的视觉体系。影片囊括了大批出色的意大利大牌与新秀卡司，演员生动的表演与塔维亚尼兄弟精良的电影制作水准，使该片在意大利本土一经上映，便获得了权威媒体与本土观众的一致认可。

An Italian western in the A FISTFUL OF DOLLARS mold with a better than average cast, which includes Bud Spencer in the debut of his heavy-handed character (later made famous in the TRINITY series) and the outstanding Japanese actor Tatsuya Nakadai, famous for his role in Akira Kurosawa's KAGEMUSHA. Written by horror-meister Dario Argento and presented here in the English-language version (which, considering it was filmed MOS with an international cast, is nearly as "original dialogue" as its Italian-language counterpart).

　　A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage. He has invited some of his old pals to the island and is hoping to take revenge on them with his new creature. But do they have any tricks up their sleeve?
