该片是2020年上映的《漫画威龙之大话特务 히트맨》的续集，继续由崔元燮执导，讲述的是想成为网络漫画作家而逃离国家情报院的暗杀要员“俊”(权相佑 饰)在醉酒的情况之下画出了不该画的一级机密，谁成想漫画大火，结果成为国家情报院和恐怖分子的双重目标而展开的搞笑动作片，第二部继续讲述“俊”的故事。
