《Under The Dog》是在“OTAKON 2014”上宣布制作并公开进行网络募资的原创SF动作惊险动画，由KINEMA CITRUS负责制作，2016年8月1日开始发行。 2025年，从毁灭性的恐怖袭击导致的2020年东京奥运会终止开始，联合国控制了之前东京奥运会在东京湾边界的会址地区，并使之脱离了日本的管制。 17岁的冬月花是住在这片地区的一名高中生，但她的身份绝非普通，暗地里，她是联合国特殊部队的一员。花以一名转学生的身份被派往江之岛上的一所公立高中执行特殊任务。 她的目标是，七濑俊一，一个和她在一个班上的男生。 然而正当花准备与她的目标联系时，一个中年男子突然出现在学校并寻找俊一。与此同时情况直转而下，美国派出了特种部队到了这所学校来追捕那名中年男子。 当血滩扩散开来之时，另一名少女开始设法进入这个岛来打破现在的僵局。
