本作为原创动画，将描绘游戏原作的遥远未来。故事以「グランシード学院」为舞台，以新世代的学生ネモ和ファリア两人为中心，讲述与不知名的「英雄」定下了契约的少年ネモ，在一次讨伐边境时与「グランシード学院」的学生会会长ファリア相遇，进而展开的原创故事。
有着三十年历史的富津游乐园，因游客稀少和设施老化等问题，面临关门的命运。如今携手相伴的贝璐丹蒂（井上喜久子 配音）和森里萤一（菊池正美 配音）曾在这里留下美好的回忆，二人商议后决定，要在游乐园营业的最后一天再去那里玩一趟，欣赏最后的焰火大会。与此同时，乌露德和苏库露德她们发现致电助人女神事务所的电话减少，而人类的幸福指数却一直在增长。继续放任不管的话，女神将失去待在人间的理由。她们认为问题出在即将约会的萤一和贝璐丹蒂身上，于是暗中策划破坏此次久违的约会…… 本片根据藤岛康介的同名漫画改编，为该动画的OAD版。
