宇宙中的神秘组织似乎对能源核感兴趣，然而五位超人在拯救星星球时失踪了，黑暗势力悄然来袭，谁能承担起守护能源核的重任？ 五超人前往灰心星球追查越狱的月舞星影下落，却意外发现月舞星影的目的竟然是灰心星的能源核。超人在追查过程中，意外得知大大怪竟然是一直侵略星星球的背后真凶， 但为了保护灰心星球，超人们决定暂时和大大怪（高全胜 配）合作对抗月舞星影以及背后的宇宙黑暗势力。在这个过程中，他们不仅发现了5颗能源核背后隐藏的重大秘密，也知道了伽罗体内黑暗力量的真正来源。
